Good bacteria break down sugars and lower the pH, making them shelf-stable while adding that signature tangy flavor. Most of our beef and ingredients are proudly American-made. For our grass-fed line, we go to a region globally recognized for producing exceptionally clean, grass-fed AND finished beef — Australia. While we import some cuts for quality, those products are still crafted, packaged, and shipped right here in the U.S., supporting American jobs and small businesses every step of the way.

You may spot Dextrose on our label but it’s not there to sweeten. Dextrose is only added to kickstart the natural fermentation. That tiny bit gets completely eaten up in the process, leaving no sugar behind.
