Our brisket sticks were born in the kitchen of our beloved barbecue restaurant in the north woods of Wisconsin. There, alongside our whitetail ranch, we serve thousands of guests each week — from classic Friday Fish Frys to iron-skillet seared steaks and slow-smoked brisket. Years of pitmaster experience shaped our understanding of what great beef should taste like.
