Primal Eats meat sticks were born in our barbecue restaurant, where we spent years perfecting rich, smoky brisket. We took what we believe is the superior cut of beef and transformed it into something new — slow-smoked, naturally fermented meat sticks.

They’re bigger, bolder, and built to satisfy.

While most sticks rely on trim, scraps, or mechanically separated meat, we use whole-muscle brisket and traditional fermentation to create a rich, butcher-shop–style flavor you won't be able to get enough of.
